반포자이이파트 일반분양이 6월10일 부터랍니다

약559 세대가 일반 분양하는데 3.3제곱(1평)에 3105만원정도  랍니다.

.....................??????????????????

  

 뉴스에서는 송파 재건축 아파트 값이 떨어진다고 나오는데

이곳현장에서는 전혀 그렇지 않다.

뉴스와는 다르게 값이 3~4월에비해 33평형 기준으로  4~5천만원씩 올랐다.

급매급매라고는 하나 급매가 아니다.

평상시 이뤄지고 있는가격 그대로이다.                                성도부동산=421-3633

 

 "그동안 8~9억대 저층 매물이 소화가되고 지금은 층 향 좋은 매물이 제값으로 나오고 있네요''

  "값이 약간 오른면도 있지만 8억대 매물은 대부분 저층들 이였습니다..   

  6월 들어서면서 저가 8억대 아파트는 점점 사라지는것 같습니다.."
