 잠실재건축 1.단지 명의변경이 7월21일 까지 랍니다. 7월31일 이후에는 당분간 명의변경이 안됩니다. (보존등기)

등기를 위한 준비관계 단계 (준비기간이 대략 5개월정도 소요된다.) 7월31일 이후에 매매는 2~3개월 후에나 가능하지 않나

봅니다. 이때는 복등기라고 해서 어려운 절자를 거처서 합니다..^^* 2008년 6월 19일

(잠실을 노렸던 분은 지금이 시기가 아닐까요...???) 

 

 

 반포자이이파트 일반분양이 6월10일 부터랍니다

약559 세대가 일반 분양하는데 3.3제곱(1평)에 3105만원정도  랍니다.
